Last updated: July 2026. By using Rager (the app or this website) you agree to these terms.

1. you must be 18+

Rager is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or join a room. We verify age at signup and remove accounts that misrepresent it. See the 18+ policy.

2. rooms and content

Rooms are ephemeral, live spaces. You're responsible for what you say and do in them. Don't harass, threaten, or dox people; don't post illegal content; don't record or redistribute other people's participation without consent.

3. hosts and moderation

Hosts and moderators can mute, kick, and ban people from their rooms. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or make the platform unsafe. Speech in rooms passes through automated safety filtering.

4. purchases

In-app purchases (cosmetics, soundboard packs, etc.) are processed by Apple and subject to their terms. Digital items have no cash value and aren't refundable except as required by law or Apple policy.

5. the service

We provide Rager “as is.” Rooms may end, features may change, and we may discontinue the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

6. changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Rager after changes means you accept them.
